Raisingolives.com's rain gutter book shelves!

My friend Chelsey emailed me a link to this blog post on Raisingolives.com and I just fell in love with this idea! And since it is a frugal way to make something nice (and functional) in your home, I wanted to share it with you!

It is instructions for how to make "rain gutter book shelves" in your house. Have you seen these before? They are so cute (when you go to the blog post, you will see what I mean!) $100 in savings from P&G

I would not be much of a coupon blogger if I did not mention this to my readers. Collect your receipts from 2/1-4/15 for any Proctor & Gamble products you buy (there are a LOT of brands that are P&G). Once you have bought $50 worth of P&G products (can be on seperate receipts, but the $50 total has to be before tax and after coupons) you send in the receipts with their fill out form. Once you have mailed it in, they will send you a coupon book with $100 worth of coupons! Please see the details (and the link for the form) right here.

If you do not use Excedrin, you can get a coupon for a free bottle. Just go fill out this survey . The survey is one question long then it takes you to a page to fill out your mailing address for the coupon to be sent to. Quick and easy-took me about a minute to do (even on my crappy old desktop!)

I know a lot of my readers signed up for the free Oreos on Facebook recently. I know Angela got her coupons in the mail, and I have been reading all over the blogosphere that people have been receiving theirs left and right, but I still have not gotten anything. :(

I know this might tell you how old I am (only 31-but this makes me feel ancient), but I have a confession. I carry a Franklin Covey Planner. That's right-no Blackberry, no PDA, just a lovely leather planner filled with my life written on actual paper. I LOVE my planner.
