Check out what I ordered from CSN!!

I told you a week or so ago about CSN Stores, but let me tell you about them again! CSN stores has 200+ online stores where you can get anything from a counter stool to a new light fixture, from toys to cooking equipment, from furniture to shoes. There is a lot of great stuff there and I recommend checking them out. I have bought a toaster oven, 2 kids cooking kits (one for pizzas, one for pretzels), and a little picnic table for my kids through their websites, and we really love them all. For an upcoming review, CSN Stores are going to let me pick something to review.

I have ordered some items, the main one being the fabulous pair of boots pictured above (which will be delivered to my home tomorrow). I had a bit more left on my gift code, so I also ordered some more Mr Clean Magic Eraser scrubbers (I LOVE those) and a pen, both of which have already arrived.

I cannot wait to get my boots and tell you all about them! Be on the lookout for the upcoming review, and in the meantime, go check them out!!

I won Strawberry Milanos PLUS tips to winning giveaways

I enter (and often win) a lot of blog giveaways, and I am going to let you in on a secret here. I am sure you have thought of this exact thing, but I am OFTEN asked how I win so many giveaways. Here is what I do, Everyday (well most days), I open the daily email from Tight Wad in Utah and I go to the daily "LOW entry Giveaways ending today" post. Then if I have time that day, I go through and enter them all-and I do many of the "extra entry options" too so I stack my cards in my favor. If a giveaway has more than 200 entries already, I don't enter (unless it is something I really want to win).

One thing I rarely if ever do is to enter giveaways/sweepstakes from companies. You know the kind-where thousands of people enter to win one awesome prize?! Well, I made an exception and entered a contest.giveaway at Pepperidge Farms a while back to try to win a bushel of the new Strawberry Milano cookies. It was an easy entry and there were going to me many winners (like 50 I think).

Well, guess what?! I WON! YEAH I actually won! And after they emailed me and verified all my information, I got this in the mail:

Yes some bags were already open and eaten in that picture-how could we resist even long enough to take the picture?! I LOVE Mint Milanos-they are probably my favorite treat ever, but I was hesitant to try the Strawberry ones. I did not think I would like the fruit flavor with the cookies and chocolate...boy was I wrong! They are super tasty, and winning this might make me gain more weight than this pregnancy!

Wholly Guacamole review + coupon!!

A few weeks ago I got an email from a PR rep at Wholly Guacamole. She was letting me know about a new PR website they have and inviting me to submit an application on the site and possibly get some samples. I was pretty excited to give it a shot as I LOVE Wholly Guacamole! I submitted my information and did not think about it again.

Well, last Thursday, my doorbell rang and when I got to the door, I saw a large box. I had no clue what I was getting, so I was pretty excited to open it up and see. Imagine my excitement and surprise when I opened it up and found a huge cooler full of the following delectable foods:

Oh yeah! I have to admit that before this I had no clue that Wholly Guacamole had anything BUT Guacamole! But wow! We have tried the Guacamole, One of the Queso dips and the Salsa. We have yet to try the spicy guacamole and the white Queso.

Can I tell you that all this food was SOOO good! I usually make guacamole homemade and rarely like store or restaurant versions, but theirs is awesome! I actually love it and boy it is so much easier than making it from scratch. The salsa tasted so fresh and was (for me) just the right amount of spice. It was pretty mild but with a slight spiciness to it. The queso dip is my son's favorite! He asked me yesterday how we ever lived without it. He loves it on tacos, bread, as a veggie dip or chip dip. He will eat it at anytime with pretty much anything. I also thought it was really good.

If you want to try out some awesome Wholly Guacamole, head to their "Homegating Headquarters" where you can grab a $1.50/1 Wholly Guacamole coupon (as well as get some cute Halloween ideas)!

***Remember that I generally just price match at Walmart as much as I can rather than go to all the stores separately! I LOVE being able to do that. You can also pricematch at Target, but I find it easier to pricematch at Walmart.
