#OldNavy Active Wear Sample and share! #Crowdtap

It's true, I am addicted to Old Navy...really. I love it. I feel like most of my clothes are Old Navy. So, I am always excited when I get the chance to score some FREE ON clothing AND to get something free for a friend too!
In case you have not read my previous posts about this, let me explain: I have been a member of Crowdtap (which is a place you get to share your opinions and sometimes even get to sample awesome items) for quite a while now. I love all the different things I get to discuss, review and try out through them. My favorite things though are always the Old Navy sample and share programs. If chosen, you get a coupon for a free item for yourself and a free item for a friend. I have been lucky enough to do quite a few sample and share projects. I reviewed Old Navy Jeans, Old Navy Outerwear/coats, Old Navy Shorts, Old Navy Dresses, Old Navy Active Wear and Old Navy Perfect Tees. This time I got the opportunity to once again try out the NEW Old Navy Active Wear (I think maybe someone is trying to tell me I should be more active...Touche.) :)
I was about to visit a friend in Cali when I got the coupons, so I gave one to her and I kept mine to redeem when I returned from vaca. I loved, LOVED checking out all the new activewear! SO cute! There were a number of things I loved! Now, I was in Arizona shopping, so a lot of the activewear is geared toward a hot climate. Which is great, but keep in mind, I am about to move to a significantly cooler climate...so I was looking for the warmer options! Here are some of the wonderful items I tried on (and LOVED). (Please excuse my poor picture taking, my CRAZY hair, and my daughter in a few shots!)
In the end it was really REALLY hard for me to choose what to get. So I did something rare for me, and I bought an additional item! This is the outfit I bought:
The shirt and pants were free with my coupon, and the jacket was on clearance for less than $11. (Have I mentioned I LOVE Old Navy clearance!!!!!)
BTW, my friend told me that she got "the cutest black striped workout pants and black running pull over jacket." So glad she was able to get her awesome Old Navy Active wear as well!!
I love Old Navy clothes! LOVE them and I am so grateful for the opportunity to try them out for free! Thank you CrowdTap and Old Navy!
If you also want the chance to become a Crowd Tapper so you can apply for future sampling events, please join through my referral link here and we can start tappin together! :)
***By way of Disclosure, I was given a coupon for me to get a free ON outfit, as well as a free coupon for a friend. Thanks CrowdTap and Old Navy for this fun experience and these free outfits for me and my friend!!***

This is a tank and jacket with the pants on the bottom with the matching pink stripe.
The next pic is the same top (I am showing you it is a tank), but I changed pants to a gray one with yellow stripe.
Same color shirt, but this one is with sleeves, and I am wearing these really cool bottoms. Check out the close up of the pants down a little further.
I usually try to avoid posting thigh shots, but check out the pattern on these bottoms. Really funky and interesting!
I fell in love with the graphic shirts. LOVE the sayings! This one says Be You Tiful. LOVE it. I will probably go back and buy this shirt! It was in my top 3. HARD to leave it at the store...
I am a HUGE fan of the ON Active wear jackets, and since I am moving to a colder climate, I tried on a few (they were clearance active wear). I love this gray jacket, but as my hubby pointed out, I own one almost exactly the same...
If you have read my previous Old Navy Active Wear post, you know that I am probably the biggest fan in the world of the thumb hole...
Another graphic tee active wear shirt. Love it!! Pretty Awe Some! :) (The bottoms have a blue semi-matching stripe.)
Close up.
Love this shirt and pant...
In the end it was really REALLY hard for me to choose what to get. So I did something rare for me, and I bought an additional item! This is the outfit I bought:
This is the free stuff-the shirt and pants.
I also bought the clearance pink jacket that matches the bottom of the pants! LOVE!
And of course they have my favorite thumb hole in the jacket!

#CottonelleCleanCrew Have you tried to be a part?!

The #CottonelleCleanCrew wants us all to think about why we think it is ok to wipe our tushies with dray paper towels. Wouldn't a wet option work better? Well, the#CottonelleCleanDrew adn #Crowdtap send me some Cottonelle to test that out.
I was sent the following items:
- One 18pk Cottonelle Clean Care Toilet Paper (for me)
- Two 4pks of Cottonelle Clean Care Toilet Paper (for two friends)
- Three tubs of Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Wipes (for me and two friends)
I gave away the ones for friends and kept the others for my family and I to test out!
The first thing I want to note is that I have always loved Cottonelle toilet paper. It is my favorite. Most items I do not care about brand-I buy a lot of generic stuff. Diapers and Toilet paper have always been an exception to that rule. I only want ones that are comfortable and work well. I only want the best to be near my tush (or my baby's tush). For me, Cottonelle is always my preferred brand of toilet paper.
With my pickiness for what goes near that area, I am a surprised by the fact I never really thought about the fact that we wash everything else with water/wet...why not my bottom?! So, I have been testing out the Flushable wipes for the past month (using them with the toilet paper). I really feel significantly cleaner (after a #2 especially) when I use the flushable wipes! They are awesome! If you have not yet tried them-I recommend you go grab a box and put them to the test ASAP! I think you will like them as well!
***By way of Disclosure, I was given the above mentioned items free to test out, as well as the free items I shared with my friends. These items were provided free of charge for me to test out and give an honest review of! As always, opinions expressed are my own! I would like to thank still want to thank CrowdTap and Cottonelle for these items to test out and share!!***

#OldNavy and #Crowdtap Sample Share: @OldNavyPerfectTee

I reviewed Old Navy Jeans, Old Navy Outerwear/coats, Old Navy Shorts, Old Navy Dresses, and Old Navy Active Wear. My most recent opportunity was for an Old Navy Perfect Tee Shirt Sample and Share and I want to tell you all about it!
I have a terrible admission to make about this Sample Share opportunity. In spite of my great excitement, I did not make it to Old Navy before my coupon expired. It was a sad blow, but I was so excited about the Old Navy perfect Tee's that I wanted to make sure to go get one (or 3) anyway! So, I headed to Old Navy to shop for MY perfect Tee. I also brought my sister-in-law with me. In the end we found a lot of FABULOUS tee shirts there and I bought a few (3) for me, one for my sister-in-law and one for my daughter. I want to share with you all some of the pictures of the great shirts I tried on:
And here are the 3 shirts I bought for myself:
My sister-in-law got a shirt like the v neck ones I bought, but hers was red. She is going to send me a picture of it and I will add it to this post when it comes.
My daughter's name means Peace, and she LOVES Peace signs. So when I saw this shirt in the Graphic Tees section I had to get it for her:
All in all I have to say, Old Navy has lots of great shirts-different styles and options. There really should be something for everyone I believe! And for you deal loving friends out there I have to tell you that I was in there the other day, and lots of their Tee shirts are on sale for FANTASTIC prices (like $5-$6.)
This has nothing to do with the tee shirts, but I have to tell you that when you head over to Old Navy to check out the AWESOME Tees, (or for any other reason) make sure you head to the back of the store and check out the current clearance section. Look at the skirt I am wearing in this picture:
I got it in the clearance section for (you'll never believe it) $.97 (gasp)! For real! It was marked down and I like it even more and feel it is all the more fabulous for the fact that is was such a FAB DEAL!!!
***By way of Disclosure, I was given a coupon for me to get free ON shirts, as well as a free coupon for a friend. Though I did not use them and bought my own shirts, I still want to thank CrowdTap and Old Navy for this fun experience and these free coupons!!***

#Windows8XHTC Party!! (and Review)

Wow! I may mention this far too often, but I LOVE being a CrowdTap member! Really! I get to try out some SWEET things, give my opinions on them and share them with my friends! As a member of CrowdTap and their Verizon Crowdtap VIP's I got to try out the new Microsoft Windows Phone 8X by HTC! And I got to tell lots of friends about it and have a fun Pinterest party all about it as well!
I want to tell you all about my party, but even more than that, I want to tell you all about the phone! WOW.
First things first, the party:
So, I invited 12 people to the party and found I could not find a great night for all the come, so I stuck to my original party night and had the 6 of us that could make it that night come, but then I had some one on one talks with a few other friends about the phone! The party was low key-dinner and a Pinterest party with a focus on learning about and trying out the phone. We spent some time taking some pictures on the phone, testing out how it works with the XBox and looking at the general windows set up on the home page. But I am getting ahead of myself...more on that later! Point is, we had a small but fun party and were able to talk about the phone.
Now, about that phone! First, check it out:
And look how thin it is:
LOVE that part! It is so skinny you can put it in your pocket and forget it's there.
Here are a few awesome features of the phone:
Last thing I want to talk more about is the camera! The Main Camera is an 8 megapixel camera with auto focus, LED flash, and BSI sensor (for better low-light captures) and it has 1080p video recording. Um...I know this will make me seem old, but I still own my first digital camera and it was top of the line at like 5 megapixels. I LOVE that my PHONE now has 8! Also, can I just say, the current phone I have taken ok pictures, but they are more often than not really blurry! I have kids-lots of kids-5 in fact. They are young and they do not sit still so when I take a picture, it has to be quick! And my current phone is any thing but quick! With THIS camera phone though it snaps picture fast and is ready fast for me to take another one! Obviously this makes it much easier to get great pictures!
Here are some of the pictures I have taken on this new phone:
Now, If you haven't had the chance to check out a Microsoft Windows Phone 8X by HTC phone yet you should! Stop me sometime and I will show you mine (which they were nice enough to let me keep for having the party!). Or go check one out at the store!
Hey-just a few more things! If you too might want to do things like this party, please join me on CrowdTap. After you do, you should make sure to become a Verizon Crowdtap VIP! And if you are so inclined, you ought to Like Verizon on Facebook, Follow then on Twitter @VerizonWireless or @VerizonInsider.
And just by way of disclosure, I was not required to write this blog post, but I WAS given the phone and a $75 Gift Card for having my party about the phone. These were provided to me through CrowdTap and Verizon Crowdtap VIP! As always though, all opinion expressed are my own!

Now, about that phone! First, check it out:
And look how thin it is:
LOVE that part! It is so skinny you can put it in your pocket and forget it's there.
Here are a few awesome features of the phone:
- You can totally customize it!
- You can create rooms where you can share updates photos and more with specific groups of people
- It can become a control for your XBox!
- There is a Kid's Corner that allows you to set up a separate and secure area for the kids to play with your phone without access to information you have on it.
- You can connect your phone to your XBox Live
- You can use your XBox music on this phone or any capable device
- Office Mobile 365 on the phone lets you easily create, edit and send documents and more!
- The camera is ultra-wide-angle lens camera on the front or back. Photos will be sharp and crisp even in low light!
I want to just focus on a few of those things. First, I love, LOVE the complete control to customize this phone. I was able to put on all my own stuff-pictures, social networking, calendar and whatever else I needed. Then I could make each window as big or small on there as I wanted and put them where I like them on the start screen, I love the ease of customization because I want to make it my own! Look at what my phone looks like when I open it up:
Can you see in the picture I took of the screen what it has? This is what you can see. top right has my phone itself-to make calls, next to that are 4 small boxes for my messaging options, text, email, explorer or shopping. Next 2 boxes below those are (on the right) my friends from social networking (it shows different friends as they update and stuff) then is my music and video window. Below that is my clock and voicemail. And if you scroll down from that screen you see this:
Which is my maps and camera on top, my calendar and XBox options next, then my Photo gallery is the huge one across, under that is a photo enhancer program, and 4 more apps/programs to the right of that. The screen can go down further with more windows and I can set up and rearrange these as I like.
Next thing I want to talk about is the Kid's Corner. If you are family or a close friend, I am sure you can attest to the fact that my kids play on my current phone a lot, and what that means is that a lot of you get creepy calls from them often! My kids will start out playing a game or something on the phone and before I know it they have rearranged my apps, deleted contacts, and called 6 of you. It is a hassle to fix and thought he calls are sometimes funny, it is not as funny when they are calling over and over when you're at work. The Kid's Corner solves this problem. When I turn on Kids Corner, I can effectively lock the kids out from accessing my personal stuff. I can make available games or creative apps that they can be trusted with and keep my contacts, emails and calls safe from the curious little people! It is great!
Third, let's talk XBox! WOW-so by connecting to my XBox Live account and syncing the phone to my XBox, I was able to use it as a controller. You might ask why you would need to do this. I will say that for playing most games it is probably more convenient to just use the controllers. However, the thing I use my XBox for most is Netflix. And to be honest, I despise how you have to go back and forth along an ABC list to type anything in, With this as a controller I was able to type in my search and simplify that greatly! I loved that! It was super convenient for me to use for things requiring typing! :)

#OldNavy and #Crowdtap Sample Share: @OldNavyActivewear

Oh My Goodness! I just might be addicted to Old Navy...really. I love it. I feel like most of my clothes are Old Navy. In fact, when I was in Old Navy in Utah last week, I was trying to talk to a manager and when they called the manager to come talk to me I heard them over their walkie say "She's the one up front wearing our jeans and our Pea coat...and her husband is also in ON jeans and an ON jacket." I looked at us and realized she was totally right! So, you can imagine that with my love of ON, I am always excited when I get the chance to score some FREE ON clothing AND to get something free for a friend too!
I reviewed Old Navy Jeans, Old Navy Outerwear/coats, and Old Navy Shorts, and Old Navy Dresses. My most recent opportunity was for an Old Navy Active Wear Sample and Share and I want to tell you all about it!
So, this has been a crazy month with Christmas and all that excitement AND with a birthday trip to Disneyland for our now 10-year-old. We were out of town more in December than we were in town! It was a fun a crazy time! I got the coupons for the ON Active Wear the day I was driving out to Cali for our Disney trip! I was so excited because that meant I could use my SHARE portion of the coupon to share with my good friend Carly (who was letting my family stay at her house AGAIN for our Disney excursion). I thought it would be something fun for us to do and that it was a small thing I could give her to thank her for letting us crash at her place over and over! Unfortunately, it being a Disney vacation, we did not actually ever make it over to Old Navy during business hours! So, I left Carly the Share coupon to get her own Active Wear outfit and I took mine home with me.
The first chance I had to use my coupon was right after Christmas in Utah while visiting our family. Wes (Mr Beckee's Deals) and I left the 4 oldest kids with my mom and we ran over to the neighborhood Old Navy with the baby (who is really almost 2...).
Upon arrival, I always like to talk to the manager and let them know what I am doing so they will let me take pictures and try on all the best stuff they have. The manager came over and talked to me a bit about the Crowdtap/Old Navy Style Council program as she had never seen these free coupons before. After we talked and she looked at the letter stating that I should be able to take pictures and stuff, she showed me where the Active Wear was (thank goodness because they were in the process of moving it and I would have had trouble finding it all without her help). I picked out quite a few outfits to try on, and she pointed out the ON tennis shoes and sports bras as well. I admit I skipped the bras, but did try on the shoes with each outfit.
Here are some of the outfits I tried on:
I MUST show you my favorite part of the tops. Many of the tops had this feature:
I LOVE it because I tend to get cold hands when I exercise, but I HATE wearing gloves, so this is a perfect solution for me and I LOVE LOVE it!
Now, I have to note that all the outfits pictured above were good options, but my two favorite outfits were these ones:
I had a really hard time choosing, but in the end I bought the second one mostly because the top has the thumb holes and the white top did not. Also, I admit a white top with my messy life and 5 kids seemed less realistic for me.
My friend Carly sent me this picture of the outfit she picked (it is a super cute one too!!)
Happy With my Choice:
I loved checking out and trying on so many of the current Old Navy Active Wear! I am not a skinny little lady anymore, but the ON Active Wear fit me nicely and looked good. I felt like there were many outfits I could have bought and felt good about wearing to work out in. Many times I am self conscious in tight work out clothes, but I was able to find MANY options that did not make me feel fat or self conscious. I would totally feel good out and about in these outfits and highly recommend checking out Old Navy for your active wear needs! Did you by chance, like me, put lose weight on your New Years Resolution list? If so, you can grab some cute work out clothes to help you start on the right foot!

Ignore the bunch at my waist-my shirt was bunchy under the jacket...sorry..
Take note of the cute shoes as well as the jacket and pants! ALL can be found at Old Navy! (The shoes were really comfy and were only $19.95-I ALMOST bought them but held back since I just paid for Christmas for 5 kiddos! EEK)
Same shoes, different jacket and pants.
Again the same shoes, different top and bottom here though.
I loved this top and tried it on with a few different bottoms. All the same style, but different colors-this is the pure black bottom.
And this is the green striped bottom-I was pretty excited about this one apparently! :)
I MUST show you my favorite part of the tops. Many of the tops had this feature:

I would totally feel good out and about in these outfits and highly recommend checking out Old Navy for your active wear needs! Did you by chance, like me, put lose weight on your New Years Resolution list? If so, you can grab some cute work out clothes to help you start on the right foot!
