Well, then you absolutely must go check The Song Stuck in my Head. My friend Brady (actual friend in real life-not JUST an online friend) writes it and the blog is as fun as he is!

I am so excited to introduce you to an awesome blog written by an old friend of mine! Brady writes the blog "The Songs Stuck In my Head." His blog, like Brady himself, is funny and fun! You should read it just because it's awesome, but in case you need a little extra motivation to head over there, I thought I would steer you toward the giveaway he has going on right now. It is fun! First things first. I told my Omaha fans/friends that I would post some links to blogs that are local Omaha blogs. Here are some:

I mentioned the other day that I knew of one Omaha blog where the writer, Nicole, posts her favorite Omaha grocery deals each week. That blog is Mom Saves Money. She used to just post a few weekly faves, but it looks like she is posting more these days and it is more like what I do for weekly grocery deals. To give you an example of her weekly grocery deal posts, check out this one from last week. (Can I throw in a "WOW" you had some great prices this past week, and it looks like you still have through tomorrow to get these prices!!!).

Another local deals blog that I love is actually written by a friend (she was kindergarten teacher to my 2 oldest kids before she quit teaching to stay home with her little girl). Sarah writes a great deals blog called Becoming Sensible. You will find lots of great local deal there!

One more, I have actually never even seen this blog until today, but I googled Omaha deals blogs, and stumbled upon the Omaha Deal Diva blog. She obviously has a focus on grocery deals and matches the coupons you can use to the weekly deals. Great blog for finding the local grocery deals!!!

I will continue to post events and activities and freebies that are Omaha delas just as I post Utah deals because I know much of my readership is in Omaha and Salt Lake area. But I will not be posting Omaha grocery deals anymore, as I will now be posting the grocery deals in Scottsdale. Well, I got up a temporary design that I think is cute-I am not going to bother with making it exactly what I want since I am in the process of getting a design done, but this will do for now!

You may have noticed that my blog currently says the design will disappear on Friday. Well, you may also remember back in June I told you that I won a giveaway from Mommy Octopus and Sara*s Pixel Studio for a new blog design. I FINALLY got the information Sara needed from em finished (I agonized over what I wanted for the blog) and now it is in her hands to design something for this blog. I am SOOO excited to see what great design she comes up with!

It will likely be at least a few weeks before that is done and up here though. So, in the meantime, don't be surprised if the blog has a different design/look for a while. The unique Beckees Deals design by Sara at Sara*s pixel studio will be up in a while! For now forgive the blog if it goes through some crazy looks...

I got some exciting news last night! I won a giveaway from Mommy Octopus and Sara*s Pixel Studio that will make this blog so much more awesome!! I won a new blog design from Sara*s Pixel Studio! So in the next little while here you will see some great changes on this blog!

I also was contacted yesterday with an option to do a great upcoming giveaway, and I am super excited about that! There will also be a coupon database on the site soon hopefully if all goes will trying to get that set up!

All in all there are some new and exciting things happening that I hope will make his site bigger and better!
