@PretzelCrisps :My Favorite New snack (GIVEAWAY & review) ends 10/3

I often like new products I try, and I often tell you about them. However, RARELY do I try a new product and love it so much that I contact the company and ask (I would have begged if it came down to it) if they would have me review it. Recently I tried an amazing food that motivated me to do just that-email the company and ask if I could do a review! They were extremely kind to comply! The amazing snack I speak of is the one, the only Pretzel Crisps®. I was lucky enough to be sent the whole deli style crisps collection
to sample (with an awesome bag to boot!):
The flavors above are (from left to right) top row: Original, Everything, Sesame, Chipotle Cheddar, bottom row: Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo Wing, and Jalapeno Jack.
I seriously cannot tell you how much our family LOVES these! Seriously amazing! As far as I am concerned these are the ultimate snacking experience! (And BTW-love the background story which you should all check out here: http://pretzelcrisps.com/our-story/. Way to Keep at it until the perfect snack was achieved-perfect in my words, not theirs) All flavors are straight out of the bag or with dips or toppings. You could make some SWEET and easy appetizers with these babies!
The basic idea behind the Pretzel Crisps® is that it is a flat pretzel cracker. Check out what a single one looks like:
And how flat and thin they are:
Such a perfect idea to make topping and dipping so easy, and to make it easy to eat! So awesome!
Let me tell you about them flavor by flavor:
Original: This is the favorite of both my daughters. My oldest said it is her fave because it is just "the classic". It is basically a crisp, flat, salted pretzel. Really tasty, and for my tastes I like it better than other pretzels. Of course the completely functional bonus is how easy these are to top! And the original could seriously top with just about anything. We liked cheese-any kind-on these ones or dipping them in a cheese dip for a savory snack. But we also found that you can sweeten these up for a salty sweet snack by dipping them in frosting or melted chocolate. Both are awesome options!
Everything: This is like an Everything Bagel, covered with Poppy seeds, Sesame Seeds, Onion, garlic and a pinch of salt. This was my 2nd favorite flavor and I am all about eating this one alone. Plenty of flavor and so, so good! But that being said, my aunt, husband, and XiaXia (grandma in Greek) liked them plain, but liked them even more when paired with hummus.
Sesame: My middle son LOVES this kind and calls it his favorite! When I asked him why it is his favorite he said (in his most "duh!" voice): "Um, its sesame and salt on a pretzel, how could that be bad?" And I have to agree-it is fantastic! This is the favorite flavor at our house to pair with any kind of hummus or dip (like a ranch or french onion).
Chipotle Cheddar: My Oldest Son claims this one as his fave! He loved the spicy, cheesy flavor. I think this one is a great one to pair with a salsa or cheese as a topping. It would be great with a cream cheese based dip as well (though I did not get to try that before this bag was devoured!)
Garlic Parmesan: My baby boy LOVES these. In fact, as I was typing this, he woke up from his nap, came downstairs, went to the pantry and dragged the bag out, and brought it to me to open as I typed. He eats these like crazy-and it is this flavor he picks out (he is only 18 months old though so we do break down the pieces a little). These are like a classic Italian flavor. At the request of the children, we ate them the other night as a side with our Spaghetti and dipped them in our marinara sauce-FANTASTIC! I think a great Alfredo sauce would be awesome as well!
Buffalo Wing: Oh.My.Gosh. This is the flavor that sold me and motivated me to email Pretzel Crisps®. Really-this is my absolute favorite snack. I have not tasted anything like it. It is like the spices of a buffalo wing on a Pretzel Crisps®! INCREDIBLE! Want the ultimate snacking experience? Throw a really nice bleu cheese chunk on this baby or dip it in Bleu cheese dressing-HEAVEN!! (Can you tell I LOVE this one?!) By far my favorite! YUMMY!
Jalapeno Jack: This is a spicy bold flavor. Pairs nicely with guacamole or salsa (or pop a slice of chees on it if you want to tone down the spice on this one). It was a little spicy for a couple of my kids and me, but my hubby thought it was not spicy enough.
Please, oh PLEASE, if you have not yet tried Pretzel Crisps®, DO IT! DO IT NOW!! They are fantastic and can be found in most grocery stores near the deli. In fact, I want you to try them so much that I am going to do something that is very hard for me...I was sent a coupon for a FREE bag of Pretzel Crisps®. This came with my review bag and I am not required to give this away, but I am going to! Just so one of you amazing reader will get the chance to try this awesome product for free! Reel Cash Critters Game + more from @Gamesville (Review)

Do you ever wish you could play games like Bingo, Slots, 21 and Poker without risking your own actual money? In a way that is not gambling? In a way that you are not risking your money? I do. I like casino-like games, and I like playing them online. But most Online sites I find have limited abilities. And I have to admit, I play a lot of games online. A LOT. I just like to play when I have a chance.
So, I JUMPED at the chance to learn about, try out, and review the Reel Cash Critters Game on Gamesville. (And actually I got to try out all the games on Gamesville. ). I am excited to tell you about what I thought.
First, let me tell you about Reel Cash Critters Game as described to me (since I cannot describe it better myself):
First, let me tell you about my experience specifically with the Reel Cash Critters Game. Let me preface it by saying that I am not much of a slots player. Even in virtual currency it is hard for me to watch the money disappear as I play. BUT, with virtual money (GV's) I can enjoy myself as I am not stressing that I am losing actual money. A few things I love-first, I love that I do have a chance to win actual money and prizes in the game. I have not won any money thus far, but I have 61,202 GV's right now to keep trying! Awesome, right?! The second thing I love is the Spin-O-Matic shooting mini game! I seriously love that game! It is more exciting for me to win that than to win more GV's! I have gotten to play that game quite a few times now and I really enjoy it!!
I have not had the chance to try out the team battle. I have not been on there at the right time, but I am watching out to try it soon!
I will say that sometimes when playing I won:
But most times I lost (miserably):
I had fun playing though. and all in all, if you like slots, you will like this game. If you like min games, you will like this game. If you like slots AND mini games, you will LOVE this game! And if slots aren't your thing, luckily Gamesville has A LOT more to offer!
On Gamesville you can play Bingo, 21, poker, and more! I am a bit of a Bingo junky. Really. My family has a week long time share at Snowbird in Utah and my favorite part each year is BINGO night! Yeah-FAVORITE as in I like it more than swimming, hiking, the yummy food and treats, and riding the tram! It is so fun to go play for prizes! LOVE IT! So, naturally my favorite part of Gamesville is the Bingo games! Not only to I get to play Bingo, but I EARN GV's while I play! It is a major win win for this gal! (Though a bit of a loss for this gals house as it has been severely ignored in the cleaning department while I have been "reviewing" this...IE playing Bingo...)
If you are looking for some online fun, go check out Gamesville and make sure to give Reel Cash Critters Game a try! If you sign up using this link: http://gamesville.com/ bonus/rccMomSpark, you will get 10,000 GV's added to your new account! SWEET! Go sign up and try it out, and while you are at it, you can follow
Gamesville on Twitter (https://twitter.com/ gamesville) and Like them on Facebook (http://www.facebook. com/gamesville).
Please note, by way of disclosure: This review was made possible by Mom Spark Media. Thoughts are my own. I received a Gamesville Gold Membership and compensation for my time investment and work on this campaign.

Reel Cash Critters is not your typical slots game. To play, you wager your GVs (Gamesville’s virtual currency that you win by playing games) and spin. You can win cash prizes from $5-$10, obviously a great part of the game! What did I think?!
What make the game unique are the mini games and critters – who doesn’t love cute woodland creatures? Within the game, you can hit the “Spin-o-Matic” which is a dial that you spin and depending on the critter that you land on, you get an extra GV bonus.
If you are a Gold member you get another game on top of the Spin-o-Matic. “Reel Slots Shots” is a county fair-style shooting gallery where you can win GVs. Ducks, rabbits, and even our mascot Poke pop up for your chance to hit. The more you get, the more GVs you win.
Finally, the favorite part of this slots game is the team battle aspect. At the beginning of your game, you get put on either the Skunk Team or the Raccoon Team. When the team battle starts, you can choose to go to the room where the battle is happening or choose to skip it. After everyone is dispersed to their teams, you try to spin your machine as many times as possible to win the most GVs. You play with your team and the team with the highest total amount of GVs wins. There are 6 battles throughout the day, and 2 of them give out cash prizes. Since everyone is a winner at Gamesville, for the cash prize games, one member of the winning team and one member of the losing team are selected to win the cash prize.

AWESOME Freebies and Deals in San Diego for October

If you are a reader of this blog, you are probably aware that a couple months ago, my husband finished his radiology residency in Omaha Nebraska and we moved across the country to Scottsdale, AZ for him to do a Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. We will be here is this desert paradise for only one year so we have determined to make the most of it!
One thing that was really exciting for me and the kids is the fact that we are a mere 6 hour drive from one of my favorite places int he world-Disneyland! So, we planned a couple trips there, and after doing the math, we determined that buying annual passes was less money than multiple 3-Day passes. Once we had the annual passes we decided we better use them and we have plans to go there when the kids are off school. Luckily for us, The kids have a full week for fall break here in October so we will be spending that week in Southern California.
Knowing we would be there, my mom was so excited to find a whole packet in her newspaper from http://www.sandiego.org/ that announced "The First Annual Kids Free in San Diego this October! WOW!!! It is pretty awesome and I want to share some of the deals in there with you:
From the ad in the Salt Lake Newspaper my mom sent me:
First, Places with free Kids Admission in October:
And don't miss this great article on 25 Fun and Free things to do In San Diego.
I think we will be spending a day or two in San Diego when we go to Disney in October.

Dry Idea Review and GIVEAWAY ends 9/13

Wow-in the process of moving a lot of crazy happens! Here is one of those things! I was sent s great product to try out and to giveaway that took some time to get to me due to moving and all the fun that goes along with changing addresses. So, I will just go ahead and tell you about this product and do this giveaway now that I have everything and have had a chance to test it out.
Here goes...
Let's talk deodorant for a minute...I am generally not a very sweaty lady. And my husband is allergic to all the deodorants and antiperspirants we have found (thus his obsessive showering multiple times a day). So, (dare I admit this), I rarely wear deoderant or antiperspirant. However, moving to the hot, HOT state of Arizona has made me a lot more sweaty..a lot. And a lot more stinky. Also, I have a 9 year old girl that is going through puberty. She noted a few weeks ago that he thinks her body is now having some stinky BO that we should deal with. So, my daughter and I were happy when we got to test out Dry Idea.
I was sent a sample of the Advanced Dry Roll On. I am not usually a roll on deodorant kind of gal when using deodorant, but I wanted to try it out. What I usually do not like is the feeling of a wet product going on. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it did not bother me. I put on the deodorant and found it did not bother me at all. It dried quick and then I did not feel stinky throughout the day. I was very happy with the results. I was particularly pleased that it was unscented so I did not have to mell roses (or whatever) wverytime I had a slightly sweaty moment! It just smelled fresh and not stinky! ( You can get it in Unscented, Powder Fresh or Cotton Dry-so find the one you like!)
We got my daughter the same product to try and she loved it (and we noticed it made a difference in the BO she was so worried about). She has tried a few different deodorants in the past year and this one she liked enough to ask for it over and over.
I recommend giving it a try and for 3 lucky Beckee's Deals readers, you can try it for Free!! Check out the giveaway below:

New show coming to NET (and other PBS stations) Look awesome!

Hi there! I am Beckee, the goofball behind Beckee's Deals, and here are a couple things you way not know about me. Back in my pre-children days, I was first an actress (local theatre-nothing fancy) and then I got a degree in Theatre Education and I was a drama teacher (in many areas-summer camps, elementary schools, but mostly in high school). Being "trained" in theatre is a double edged sword because it makes me a sucker for some good entertainment, and it also makes me super picky. Now, combine those little tidbits from my past with the fact I am now a (broke) mom of 5 kids under the age of 10 and you have me in a nutshell: A picky mom looking for free quality entertainment for my kiddos.
I have to admit that overall, most of the current programing on TV right now for kids is totally unwatchable to me. I put on a show for the kids and can hardly stand to hear it as I work. When I am going to watch a show with them, I seek out my old go to shows-Sesame Street and Mr Rogers Neighborhood being my faves!
So, when I was told about the new show coming to NET (Nebraska's PBS Station) I could not wait to tell you about it! The new show is called Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. That is all I needed to hear to pique my interest because any good lifelong Mr Rogers fan like myself should instantly recognize the name of Daniel Tiger! Let me tell you a bit about the show (as provided to me):
· Show Legacy: Fred Rogers influenced generations of children for more than 40 years with his high standards for early childhood education and creativity, as well as his love and respect for the children who grew up watching him. Parents of today who remember watching Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood may find many elements of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood familiar. The theme song contains the classic “It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” refrain, and Daniel puts on his sweater and shoes just like Mr. Rogers did. Your children will love meeting the children of your favorite Neighborhood of Make-Believe characters – Daniel Tiger is the son of the Daniel Striped Tiger, Katerina Kittycat is the daughter of Henrietta Pussycat, Miss Elaina is the daughter of Lady Elaine Fairchilde and Prince Wednesday is the youngest son of King Friday!
Seriously, I am a fan of Mr Rogers! That man was amazing, so I am excited about this show, but I am not going to lie, I always thought Daniel Tiger was a tad bit whiny for my taste. Well, I think they solved that problem in the series. Check out this short clip of what you can expect:
Hungry for more RIGHT NOW (like Kindle, my 4 year old is)? You can also watch the first episode “Daniel’s Birthday” on the NET Kids website by clicking here.
Nebraska Viewer of NET here is the low down on when it is on: Starting Monday, September 3rd, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood will air Monday - Friday at 11 am CT, 11:30 am CT, 1:30 pm CT, and 2:00 pm CT and on Sundays at 8:30 am CT. The show will air at the above times on both NET-1 and NET HD. For more information on the NET schedule, visit: http://www.netnebraska.org/television/sched/ (If you are not in Nebraska-you will have to check your local PBS station to see when it is on-I just saw a commercial here in AZ for it!)
Also, There is some fun Web content everyone should go check out: First, the Daniel Tiger website at http://pbskids.org/daniel. The website contains games that supplement the lessons learned on the show, printables like coloring pages of the new characters and video from the newest episodes. Also, You can also visit the NET Kids site for videos, printables and more at: http://www.netnebraska.org/television/kids/index.html.
Please note by way of disclosure that I was provided this information to share with you but was not compensated in any was for sharing it! I just wanted to! :)
