ON deal: get smocked dress for as low as $5.60

This week's item of the week at Old Navy is the above pictured smocked dresses for $8. One of these would be perfect over my swim suit or maybe I could pair it with a shirt under and tights to wear. I think there are many cute possibilities for these!
